There will be a wrap up meeting on Saturday August 21st at 8 PM to go over final notes from Sogen Con 2010 and to get the ball rolling for 2011.

This meeting will be held on skype only.

The meeting will last 2-3 hours and will be similcast on skype for those who are unable to attend due to work or drive time conflicts.

There will be a half hour volunteer and staff meeting tonight at 7 PM followed by a department head meeting for all who are able to attend tonight at the convention center.

Badge pickup and walk in registration will begin at 2 PM Friday for all attendees. Due to issues at the printers, we will be unable to mail out the premium member badges.

Check in for Premium members and artist alley will have a dedicated line which will open at Noon for check in and badge pickup.
